How long we retain it: signed-in reader data is retained while your account is active. Anonymised aggregate analytics are retained for up to 12 months. Reading history is retained for 90 days then aggregated.
What we do not do: we do not sell reader data. We do not share reader data with operators for marketing. We do not use reader data for advertising retargeting outside the desk.
Reader rights: you can request a copy of your data, request deletion, request correction of inaccurate data, or withdraw consent for specific uses. Verified requests are honoured within 7 days.
Children’s privacy: the desk is for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, email support and we will delete the account on verified request.
